Session 3: Now that we have identified who what and how we define the relationship expectations and how to communicate these. We will develop written relationship objectives and discuss how to best educate your partners in opening the doors best suited to your product or service.
Session 4: When we have the relationship defined and communicated how to continue to nurture and develop the relationships which are the most beneficial to your business. How do we continue to grow over time. This is what we work through as it relates to your business. We also develop how to reward your referral partners and clients.
Session 5: Tracking over time what works and refining your plan. We will wrap up and ensure you walk away with an actionable plan you are comfortable implementing in your business to achieve your sales goals.
