Session 1: Clutter control. This class is about how to manage your desktop, filing and computer systems. Overcoming office and desktop clutter is an important component to improving your personal productivity and helping you become a successful sales pro. This class will cover organizing your incoming paper and information, desktop, and electronic and paper filing systems.
Session 2:Time management. This class is about how to manage activities. We cover the principles relating to goal setting, prioritizing, planning, managing interruptions and email. Lots to learn and lots to gain. Because everything we do and don’t do is directly related to how we spend our time.
Session 3: Behavior management. This class is about how to manage behavior. We are all responsible for our own behavior and procrastination is one of those behaviors that is a driver of ineffective time management. We will cover procrastination, moving your mindset and work-life balance.
